Global Outreach
We are a mission congregation of the Anglican Province of Rwanda. To that end, we share a deep connection with our Christian brothers and sisters in this tiny African nation.
Our connection is best expressed through our partnership with the Cathedral Church in Kibungo, Rwanda. Each year, we either visit or receive a visit from this, our sister church. We pray for one another and maintain frequent contact through e-mail. We give a significant portion of our income to this church, and to other projects in their local area. Money we have sent has helped to build homes, refurbish church and education facilities, care for street children, educate local entrepreneurs, and buy cows for local pastors. As another way to stay in contact, we sell coffee from Rwanda at our services, and you can learn more about this coffee here.
In addition to our relationship with our Anglican brothers and sisters in Rwanda, Church of the Redeemer has recently begun work with a church in Guatamala and sent several short-term mission teams there.
