The Children's Outreach Center at Redeemer: Can you help?
There's a new room being birthed at the Abbey: The Children's Outreach Center, the room next to the nursery, is a place to encourage the children of our parish to grow great hearts for outreach.
Our hope is that the COC will be a placewhere missionaries can come and speak to our children--teach them songs from Guatemala, for example, show them pictures from the trip, tell them the stories of Jesus from the mission field.
Also, the shelves in the COC are the monthly collection spot for the food that the children are bringing each week to their Sunday School classes for the Food Pantry at FAM.
