Sunday Services to Proceed as Usual

Sunday Services to Proceed as Usual

Dear Church,

We will worship together as usual tomorrow, Sunday, February 22nd. Both 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services will proceed as they normally do. Sunday School, Children's Worship, etc. will also proceed as usual.

There may be some ice in the parking lot here and there, so be careful. Otherwise, roads around the church are clear.

If you are concerned about your safety, please stay home. If you can't make it out of your driveway, or your neighborhood, then stay home. Otherwise, we look forward to keeping the first Sunday in Lent together tomorrow.

Welcome to Redeemer

Welcome to the website of Church of the Redeemer (Anglican) in Nashville, Tennessee.  On this site, you can get to know Church of the Redeemer and what we do. You will discover a diverse community devoted to living and proclaiming the redeeming love of Jesus Christ.

Church of the Redeemer is an Anglican church.  We've been part of the Anglican Church in North America, under the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh.  We are a Christ-centered church that joyfully worships the Triune God.  We pray to be transformed as we serve our city, love one another, and participate in God's work in the world.

We are a community of broken people whom God is making whole. We are real people, just like you, who sometimes struggle and ask many questions.  In the midst of our diverse backgrounds and experiences, we have found a home in Christ and with one another.

This website should help you get to know us a bit better.  But it’s really just a first step.  I sincerely hope that you will join us for Sunday morning worship at 9:00 a.m. or 10:45 a.m., or for one of our other events. We would like a chance to meet you in person.  By God’s grace, you may find yourself at home among us.

May God grant you peace,

The Reverend Thomas McKenzie, Pastor
